ITILITE is a leading global brand in Business Travel, Expense & Card Management. We operate a B2B SaaS platform serving customers across the US and India, helping companies simplify travel and expense while making it an enjoyable experience for employees.

We are Series C funded, having raised $50M from global Tier 1 investors including Tiger Global, Z47, Greenoaks, and Dharana Capital.

Location: Bengaluru, India

Annual CTC (incl performance linked Variable): INR 35-45 Lacs + ESOPs

The Role

You will own P&L for a business unit, along with full accountability for growth and profitability targets.

This is an operating role, not a strategy role. In your first 90 days, you will personally be in sales calls, closing deals, and managing delivery issues along with delivery teams

What you will own:

  • Revenue and profitability targets for the business unit
  • Growth strategy and its execution: segments, channels, pricing, retention
  • The GTM engine, hands-on — pipeline, conversion, marketing programs
  • Customer delivery: onboarding, success, and support quality
  • The product roadmap, in collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Finance

Founders you will be working closely with

  • Mayank Kukreja → IIMA Gold Medalist, IIT Delhi (CS). Worked at McKinsey & Myntra.
  • Anish Khadiya → IIM Lucknow, IIT Kharagpur, worked at ITC, McKinsey, and Myntra.

Must haves:

  • 5-9 years experience, including hands on B2B selling with a growth target.
  • Ex-Founder is a HUGE plus
  • Sharp problem solving skills, including outside areas of previous experience
  • Highly analytical and comfortable with data analytics. Not afraid to jump into Excel and AI workflows.
  • High-performance standards and ability to move people to achieve them.

This Role Is NOT For You If

  • You have never personally sold in B2B — pitched, negotiated, closed
  • You rely on an analyst, a sales-ops team, or a dashboard someone else built. In this role, you pull your own data, build your own models, and find the answer yourself before asking for one
  • You are looking for a chief-of-staff, strategy, or product role
  • You are 12+ years into your career and the stated comp band doesn't work — it will not flex
