Business Unit Head (Growth & P&L)

We're hiring a Business Unit Head at Denave, Noida.

We're looking for someone who can build, scale, and own a modern AI/data-led business — not just run operations.

This role needs a rare mix of commercial aggression, operational depth, and product thinking.

You should be equally strong at:

• Generating revenue and driving client acquisition

• Building teams, mentoring leaders, and running operations at scale

• Delivering innovative AI/Data/Cloud-led solutions that solve real client problems

And beyond delivery, you should understand what makes a business truly scale:

Product-market fit, market timing, customer adoption, and how to turn capability into a repeatable growth engine.

You've likely:

• Built or scaled a business in a startup or high-growth environment

• Owned a P&L with real accountability

• Worked across both startup speed and enterprise complexity

• Led through ambiguity while still delivering numbers

• Walked into client boardrooms with strategic clarity and execution credibility

What we're looking for:

✅ 15–20 years across startup + enterprise ecosystems

✅ Strong exposure to AI/Data/Cloud/IT services businesses

✅ Proven revenue ownership and client acquisition capability

✅ Strong operational leadership and people mentoring experience

✅ Exposure to AI-led products, innovation, and PMF journeys

✅ Entrepreneurial mindset with execution discipline

✅ Based in or open to relocating to Noida
