Overall Experience: 20+ years in Product Engineering, Delivery, or Technology leadership roles
Atleast 5yrs+ of experience of working as telecom BA & Enterprise architect and 2yrs+ experience of working in presales / solutioning
Should have experience of customer engagement at senior levels in Europe, USA
Domain Expertise: Proven track record in telecom BSS platforms, digital transformation, or SaaS-based enterprise products
People Management: Experience leading large-scale product engineering and support teams of 500+ FTEs
Management of P&L and business operations
Technical Expertise:
Strong understanding of enterprise-grade technologies such as Java, Python, C++, Microservices, Containers (Kubernetes/Docker), and cloud-native architectures.
Familiarity with UI/UX development tools, SaaS transformation, and GenAI-based product features.
Experience with DevSecOps., Agile/Scaled Agile, and tools like JIRA, Jenkins, GitHub, Selenium, and Kubernetes.
Geographic Exposure: Experience delivering to clients across USA, Europe, Middle East, Africa, and APAC.
Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field. MBA preferred but not mandatory.
