Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Consultant / Sales professional based in Bengaluru.

In this role, you will assist clients in planning their travel experiences by providing personalized consulting and managing all necessary arrangements.

Responsibilities include creating itineraries, booking travel reservations, addressing customer inquiries, and supporting sales efforts to build lasting client relationships. You will play an integral role in delivering exceptional customer service while contributing to the growth of our vibrant travel community.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Travel Consulting and Travel Management
  • Experience with Travel Arrangements and organizing reservations
  • Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on client satisfaction
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
  • Knowledge of travel industry tools and software is an advantage
  • Educational background or certifications in travel, tourism, or relevant fields are desirable
