Karo Trip is a leading Corporate Travel Management Company/Luxury Travel Agency dedicated to creating seamless travel experiences. We are rapidly expanding and looking for a high-energy, tenacious New Business Development/Corporate Sales Manager to join our team and drive B2B growth.

Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Business Development/Corporate Sales Manager to identify new market opportunities, onboard corporate clients/travel partners, and drive revenue growth. You will be the face of our company, responsible for the full sales cyclefrom prospecting to closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • New Client Acquisition: Proactively prospect, identify, and onboard new corporate clients, MICE Companies, and partners to expand our market footprint.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Build and manage a strong, consistent B2B sales pipeline, utilizing CRM tools to track leads and ensure accurate forecasting.
  • Revenue Generation: Deliver monthly and quarterly revenue targets through strategic selling and effective closing techniques.
  • Proposal & Negotiation: Prepare tailored business proposals, deliver presentations, and negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms for the company.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the travel sector.
  • Relationship Building: Develop long-term relationships with key decision-makers (Procurement, HR, CXO level).

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: 5-8 years of proven experience in B2B business development, sales, or account management specifically within the Travel/Hospitality/Tourism industry.
  • Track Record: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Tools: Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Mindset: Self-starter with a, can-do attitude, capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
