Job Description

Location: Delhi

Joining: Immediate

Key Responsibilities:

1. Corporate Sales Development:

Identify and pursue corporate sales opportunities.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to secure repeat

business and increase sales.

2. B2B Partnerships:

Establish and manage partnerships with other businesses to create mutually beneficial

relationships.

Negotiate and close deals that align with company objectives and drive revenue growth.

3. Travel Agent Sales:

Cultivate relationships with travel agents and agencies to promote the company's

offerings.

Create and implement strategies to boost sales through travel agent channels.

4. Market Analysis & Strategy:

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.

Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.

5. Sales Reporting & Forecasting:

Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and analyses.

Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as necessary to ensure achievement of

targets.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Experience: 5-6 years of proven sales experience in the budget hotel segment.

Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
