Your Role And Responsibilities
As a Business Transformation Consultant specializing in IoT and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), you will develop and implement transformative business solutions for clients. You will apply in-depth knowledge of industry trends, market directions, and player dynamics to develop strategic plans for clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Develop Strategic Plans: Develop comprehensive strategic plans for clients in the IoT and PLM domains, applying in-depth knowledge of industry trends, market directions, and player dynamics.
- Collaborate with Clients: Collaborate with clients to create a PLM strategy aligned with competitive and market forces, identifying strategic capabilities needed to create and sustain one or more sources of competitive advantage.
- Analyze Performance Gaps: Analyze client performance gaps and develop comprehensive transformation recommendations to address these gaps.
- Implement Solutions: Assist clients in selecting, implementing, and supporting Dassault application portfolio, as well as PLM systems such as PTC Windchill, Oracle Agile, Matrix One, or Siemens UGS, Dassault.
- Integrate Technology: Leverage consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into the client business environment to achieve client expected business results.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- Exposure to IoT and PLM Domains: Experience working with IoT and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) concepts, technologies, and industry trends to develop and implement transformative business solutions.
- Industry Trends and Market Directions: Exposure to analyzing industry trends, market directions, and player dynamics to inform strategic planning and decision-making.
- PLM Systems and Applications: Experience with Dassault application portfolio and/or PLM systems such as PTC Windchill, Oracle Agile, Matrix One, or Siemens UGS, Dassault.
- Consulting and Integration: Exposure to leveraging consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to integrate packaged technology into client business environments.
- Strategic Planning and Analysis: Experience with developing comprehensive strategic plans and analyzing performance gaps to identify areas for improvement and develop transformation recommendations.
Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
- Exposure to Emerging Technologies: Familiarity with emerging technologies and trends in IoT and PLM domains, such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, and digital twin.
- Knowledge of Industry-Specific PLM Systems: Experience with industry-specific PLM systems, such as those used in aerospace, automotive, or industrial equipment manufacturing.
- Understanding of Business Process Optimization: Exposure to business process optimization techniques and methodologies, such as lean manufacturing or six sigma, to improve client operations and efficiency.
