Your Role And Responsibilities
As a Business Transformation Consultant specializing in IoT and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), you will develop and implement transformative business solutions for clients. You will apply in-depth knowledge of industry trends, market directions, and player dynamics to develop strategic plans for clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Develop Strategic Plans: Develop comprehensive transformation recommendations to address client performance gaps, creating a PLM strategy aligned with competitive and market forces.
- Implement Solutions: Assist clients in selecting, implementing, and supporting PLM systems such as PTC Windchill, Oracle Agile, Matrix One, or Siemens UGS, Dassault, to achieve client expected business results.
- Analyze Client Performance: Identify strategic capabilities needed to create and sustain one or more sources of competitive advantage, analyzing client performance gaps and developing recommendations to address these gaps.
- Collaborate with Clients: Work closely with clients to understand their needs, creating a tailored PLM strategy that meets their business objectives.
- Deliver Transformation: Leverage consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into the client business environment.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- Exposure to IoT and PLM Domains: Experience working with IoT and Product Lifecycle Management concepts, technologies, and industry trends to develop strategic plans for clients.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience with in-depth analysis of industry trends, market directions, and player dynamics to inform business transformation solutions.
- PLM Systems Expertise: Experience with selecting, implementing, and supporting PLM systems such as PTC Windchill, Oracle Agile, Matrix One, or Siemens UGS, Dassault.
- Consulting Skills: Experience applying consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to integrate technology into client business environments.
- Business Transformation: Experience developing comprehensive transformation recommendations to address client performance gaps and achieve business results.

- Exposure to Dassault Application Portfolio: Experience working with Dassault application portfolio, including implementation and support, to effectively integrate packaged technology into client business environments.
