- Ability to interact with business users and ensure smooth operations
Expected skills:
- Treasury processes (payments, bank statements, reconciliation)
- Configuration of workflows, payment formats, rules
- Good ticket management discipline
3. Techno-Functional Consultant
- Scope: interfaces with ERP/banks, troubleshooting flows, format mapping
Expected skills:
- Strong understanding of banking formats: ISO 20022 (pain, camt), SWIFT MT
- File-based integrations (SFTP, flat files, XML) and API-based integrations
- Data mapping and transformation logic
- Ability to analyze and resolve data/flow issues end-to-end
Technical stack (typical):
- XML / XSD handling
- API concepts (REST, JSON)
- SQL (data analysis)
- Scripting mindset (no heavy development, but strong data manipulation capability)
