Your Role And Responsibilities
As a Business Transformation Consultant with a focus on finance and business analytics, you will serve as a strategic advisor to clients for their Enterprise Planning and Performance Management needs. You will design, build, and manage planning and performance management technology solutions that assist clients corporate strategy to execution process. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Design and Build Solutions: Design, build, and manage planning and performance management technology solutions that meet clients needs, utilizing technical proficiency in AI-infused extended Planning, Analytics (xP&A) and Performance Management platforms.
- Analyze Data and Drive Insights: Analyze data to drive insights and make data-driven decisions, effectively communicating these insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive performance management discussions.
- Identify Performance Gaps: Identify performance gaps, implement change, and develop comprehensive transformation recommendations to address these gaps, combining business acumen, technical expertise, and strong communication skills.
- Deliver Client-Facing Solutions: Deliver client-facing solutions, collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences, and providing tailored solutions to meet their Enterprise Planning and Performance Management requirements.
- Apply Technical Expertise: Apply technical expertise in AI/ML infused forecasting algorithms and financial planning processes to drive successful Financial Reporting, Planning, and Performance Management projects at the Enterprise level.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- Exposure to AI-infused extended Planning, Analytics (xP&A) and Performance Management platforms: Proficiency in designing, building, and managing planning and performance management technology solutions using platforms like IBM Planning Analytics, Cognos Controller, and other cloud financial planning & performance management software.
- Experience working with AI/ML infused forecasting algorithms: Knowledge and application of AI/ML infused forecasting algorithms to drive insights and make data-driven decisions.
- Understanding of Financial Planning Processes: Familiarity with financial planning processes, including strategy, marketing, sales & operations planning, capital planning, project planning, production and capacity planning, long-range forecasting, rolling forecasts, cash flow forecasting, and financial statement (B/S and P&L) planning and financial modeling.
- Exposure to Data Analysis and Insights: Ability to analyze data to drive insights and make data-driven decisions, with effective communication of these insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Performance Management: Understanding of performance management principles, including identifying performance gaps, implementing change, and developing comprehensive transformation recommendations to address these gaps.
Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
- Cloud Financial Planning Software: Exposure to cloud financial planning and performance management software, such as IBM Planning Analytics and Cognos Controller, to design, build, and manage planning and performance management technology solutions.
- Advanced Data Analysis Tools: Experience working with advanced data analysis tools and techniques to drive insights and make data-driven decisions.
- Machine Learning Algorithms: Exposure to machine learning algorithms and their application in financial planning and performance management to drive successful projects at the Enterprise level.
