What are we looking for
- Six Sigma Green Belt Certified from renowned organizations/certification body (ASQ, Benchmark Six Sigma, ISI, KPMG etc.) which includes experience in identifying & leading Kaizen or Lean
- 8-10 years of Business Transformation/Excellence experience in Life & Annuities, Retirements clients in shared services/Third Party BPO service provider setup
- Experience in Document blueprinting, Value Stream Mapping
- Hands-on experience in identification of RPA, Analytics & AIML opportunities and project execution
- Exposure to ISO, CMMi Level 5 CVC and other Quality Standards
- Understanding of E2E Life Insurance cycle & Retirements (Benefit Administration - Direct Benefits and Contributions, Equity is a plus)
- Mandatory experience of large to medium scale transformation across the Life cycle of Insurance /Retirement services with proven credentials of using AI/Gen AI/ Agentic focused on North American region (preferred and optional from UK, ANZ, Europe: English Speaking regions)
- Familiarity with Insurance Eco System and Lifecycle

- Bachelor's degree Mandatory (Engineering Degree Preferred)
- Masters in Commerce or management (Preferred)
- Industry Certifications (Preferred): ASPPA certified Retirement Plan Fundamentals or LOMA or III Associate or Fellowship Certifications i.e. Associate Life Management or Fellow, Life Management or Secure Retirement Management, or any other Insurance certification is preferred Roles and Responsibilities:
- In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems
- Drive process improvements and ideation and probable automation opportunity
- End-to-end execution of transformation projects working with Delivery and technology teams
- Work closely with Operations on key SLAs and metrics and conduct regular data driven process probes to identify improvement opportunities
- The person would require understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals
- Plan & coordinate requirements of scheduling, training, recruitment, Capacity & Seat Utilization etc
- Partner with stakeholders to deliver Transitions smoothly
- Review of MI, analysis, and improvement plans
