Job Description:-
The Business Trainee will work closely with cross-functional teams to support business
planning, market research, operations, and strategic initiatives. This role is designed to groom
high-potential graduates into future business leaders by providing hands-on exposure across
core business functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights
- Support business planning, reporting, and performance tracking
- Analyze data to identify business trends and growth opportunities
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, operations, and finance teams
- Prepare presentations, dashboards, and management reports
- Support execution of strategic projects and process improvements
- Engage with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
Desired Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of business fundamentals
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint (knowledge of SQL/Power BI is a plus)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills

Eligibility Criteria
- Education: MBA / PGDM / B.Tech / ( recent graduates)
