Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Professional Sales Specialist located in Noida. The Professional Sales Specialist will be responsible for building and nurturing client relationships, understanding their investment needs, and offering tailored real estate solutions. Daily tasks include identifying sales opportunities, conducting business planning activities, handling client inquiries, providing excellent customer service, and delivering training sessions as needed. The role requires meeting sales targets while contributing to the overall growth of the business.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills with a client-focused approach
  • Proficiency in Sales and Business Planning to identify and close investment opportunities
  • Ability to conduct Training sessions and provide support to clients and team members
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build long-term relationships
  • Prior experience in sales or real estate industries is an advantage
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and a results-oriented mindset
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
