About the Role
We are looking for a Business Systems Specialist (B2B SaaS Tools) – Freelancer to support advanced AI evaluation initiatives focused on business workflows, SaaS ecosystems, and operational efficiency.
In this role, you will work with AI-generated outputs related to CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, customer success systems, and enterprise SaaS workflows, helping improve how AI models understand and solve real-world business system challenges.
You will collaborate with global AI and operations teams to assess the accuracy, usability, and effectiveness of AI-generated business solutions. Your contributions will directly enhance AI systems used for automation, decision-making, and enterprise productivity.
Responsibilities
- Create deliverables addressing common requests within your professional domain, including workflows, system configurations, and automation strategies
- Annotate and evaluate AI-generated responses related to B2B SaaS tools and business systems
- Review peer-developed deliverables to enhance AI research quality and consistency
- Diagnose and solve real-world business system challenges to improve AI reasoning capabilities
- Assess AI outputs for accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with business objectives
- Identify gaps, inefficiencies, or incorrect assumptions in AI-generated solutions and provide structured feedback
- Contribute domain expertise to improve AI models focused on enterprise tools and workflows
Requirements
- Background in Business Operations, Information Systems, Marketing Operations, RevOps, or related fields
- Hands-on experience with B2B SaaS tools such as CRM, automation, or analytics platforms
- Strong understanding of business workflows, system integrations, and process optimization
- Ability to critically evaluate system logic, workflows, and automation strategies
- Experience in diagnosing and resolving operational or system-related issues
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
