Business Systems & Marketing Manager (Tier 1/2 MBA Required)
Location: Mumbai (BKC) — Full-time, in office
About us
Red Fort Capital is a fast-growing NBFC focused on secured MSME lending and digital lending platforms. CarDr is an advanced automotive diagnostics company serving leading auctions, dealers and enterprise customers. This role works across both organizations and multiple strategic initiatives.
About the role
We are hiring a Business Systems & Marketing Manager. You will own product and program delivery, craft clear requirements, drive digital content & marketing programs, and see initiatives through from idea to execution. It is ideal for a Tier 1 / Tier 2 MBA with strong business fundamentals, a marketing sensibility and proven delivery experience — deep technical depth is not required.
Key responsibilities
Product & program delivery
- Gather business requirements and convert them into functional specs, user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Write Business Requirement Documents, Functional Requirements Documents, Product Requirement Documents and Requests for Proposal for technology and agency partners.
- Work across Departments: lending, operations, marketing and customer experience.
- Use AI tools (e.g. Lovable, Emergent, Cursor, v0, Replit) to sketch prototypes and mock-ups that make requirements concrete — no coding required.
- Coordinate delivery timelines across teams (technology, design, external vendors) and manage UAT, rollout and post-launch support.
Marketing & content
- Plan and run digital marketing programs — campaigns, growth initiatives, and brand/go-to-market efforts across both companies.
- Own the content calendar and brief, coordinate with designers and external creators to produce marketing assets (creatives, landing pages, campaign collateral, social content).
- Track campaign performance and turn results into clear recommendations for leadership.
- Lead strategic and cross-functional programs that combine business, marketing and operational goals.
What we require
- Analytical/data comfort: comfortable pulling and interpreting data to make decisions — basic SQL or strong spreadsheet/analytics skills are enough; you don't need to be a database expert.
- Marketing experience: hands-on experience with digital marketing — campaigns, content, growth or brand programs — and comfortable directing designers/agencies to produce creative assets.
- Business & program management: 3–8 years in consulting, product/program management, business analysis, marketing or general management, with real project delivery experience — planning, stakeholder management and end-to-end ownership.
- Education (must-have): MBA from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institute (IIM, ISB, XLRI, FMS, SPJIMR, MDI or equivalent).
- Comfort with technology: able to understand product requirements and have informed conversations with engineers, without needing to code or architect systems yourself.
Nice to have
- Prior experience briefing designers or agencies and shipping marketing campaigns end-to-end.
- Fintech / NBFC, lending, or automotive / mobility domain experience.
- Familiarity with AI prototyping tools (a link to something you've built is a plus).
- Startup experience.
- Awareness of LOS/LMS, co-lending or collections systems; basic RBI/NBFC process awareness.
