Business Systems Applications Architect

Key Responsibilities Systems Architecture & Strategy: Design and implement scalable, integrated enterprise application architectures that support Benevity's business processes and ensure alignment with long-term strategic goals.

Business Process Optimization: Collaborate with stakeholders across Finance, Sales, Marketing, HR, and Operations to analyze business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend innovative solutions.

Enterprise Systems Management: Lead the selection, implementation, and optimization of key business applications (e.g., ERP, CRM, HRIS, financial systems), ensuring seamless integration and performance.

Data & Integration Strategy: Develop and oversee data governance, API integrations, and automation strategies to ensure consistent, accurate, and secure data flow across enterprise systems.

Security & Compliance: Implement best practices for system security, access controls, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Technology Leadership & Innovation: Stay up to date with emerging trends in enterprise applications, automation, and AI to drive innovation in Benevity's business technology landscape. Collaboration & Leadership: Partner with IT, engineering, and business teams to define system requirements, prioritize initiatives, and deliver high-impact solutions that support Benevity's mission.

Qualifications & Experience

Education & Experience: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

8+ years of experience in business systems architecture, enterprise applications management, or IT consulting.

Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of ERP, CRM, HRIS, and financial systems (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday). Experience with API integration, middleware, and automation tools. Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and SaaS solutions.

Business Acumen & Leadership: Strong analytical skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive digital transformation initiatives.
