Job Title: Business & Systems Analyst – Trading Platforms (MT5 / DxTrade)

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Business & Systems Analyst to join our Product & Technology team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and system requirements for modern trading platforms such as MT5 and DxTrade.
You will work closely with Product Owners, Engineering teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into well-defined functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and technical documentation. This role requires a strong understanding of trading platforms, backend integrations, Agile delivery, and AI-powered productivity tools.

Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering
- Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements for trading platform integrations.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, developers, and stakeholders to define functional and technical requirements.
- Conduct backlog grooming sessions and refine user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Design business workflows, process maps, and solution documentation.
Documentation
- Create Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications (FRDs), user stories, process flows, and data mapping documents.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation within Confluence and other knowledge repositories.
- Prepare user guides and support documentation whenever required.
Testing & Validation
- Participate in System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production validation.
- Verify business requirements are correctly implemented.
- Support defect analysis and resolution during testing cycles.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with defined business processes.
Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the bridge between Product Owners and Engineering teams.
- Clarify business requirements throughout the development lifecycle.
- Facilitate communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Support sprint planning and Agile ceremonies.
AI-Driven Productivity
- Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar LLM assistants to improve:
- Requirements analysis
- Documentation
- Data mapping
- Test case generation
- Process documentation
- Ensure responsible and secure use of AI in accordance with organizational data governance policies.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of Business Analysis / Systems Analysis experience
- Experience working with MT5 (MetaTrader 5) trading platform
- Experience with DxTrade or similar trading platforms
- Strong knowledge of backend trading platform integrations
- Expertise in requirement gathering and stakeholder management
- Hands-on experience creating user stories, use cases, process flows, and acceptance criteria
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong documentation skills (BRD, FRD, workflows, process diagrams)
- Experience with Jira and Confluence
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience using AI/LLM tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, etc.) to improve business analysis and documentation.
Preferred Skills
- Understanding of Forex, CFD, or Capital Markets domain
- Exposure to CRM, Client Portal, Payment Systems, and Back-office integrations
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as ASIC, CySEC, FSA, or MiFID II
- Experience working with middleware or trading platform plugins
- Familiarity with data mapping and API integrations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
- Business Analysis certifications (CBAP, ECBA, PMI-PBA) are an added advantage.
