Job Summary
NetApp Business Systems Analysts (Supply Planning, Demand Planning and S&Op) work as part of a team that supports and enhances NetApp's world-wide business processes and systems. You will utilize your strong technical competencies and functional business expertise to identify, evaluate, design and develop systems and procedures that meet business user requirements. An ability to understand business process requirements & issues and communicate system solutions to the internal client is essential to your success in this role. You will partner with the business and act as a trusted IT/Technology advisor. You will be the key IT representative to the business and collaborate and engage with other IT teams such as Enterprise Architecture, Business Analytics, Business Application Delivery & support and Foundational Services.
Job Requirements
- Act as a strategic liaison between business stakeholders and IT to design, implement, and support end-to-end Supply Chain Planning solutions across Demand, Supply, and S&OP processes.
- Lead full lifecycle delivery for SAP IBP (Demand, Supply, S&OP/Response) and Oracle Cloud ERP, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Conduct feasibility assessments, perform functional and technical gap analysis, and translate business requirements into scalable, best-practice-aligned solution designs while influencing overall solution architecture.
- Drive functional design decisions and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement) and external partners to deliver integrated, scalable solutions.
- Support production stability by leading issue resolution, root cause analysis, and implementation of sustainable system and process improvements.
- Contribute to roadmap planning, system enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives across planning and fulfillment domains.
- Demonstrate strong functional expertise in Supply Planning, Demand Planning, and Response Planning, with hands-on experience in SAP IBP (mandatory).
- Support and enhance integrations between SAP IBP and non-SAP systems using CPI-DS, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and similar integration frameworks.
- Possess a solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and planning system interoperability.
- Exposure to Oracle Cloud ERP Planning modules and other planning platforms (Kinaxis, O9) is a plus.
- Experience in high-tech or contract manufacturing environments, including Configure-to-Order (CTO) and complex fulfillment models, is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to operate effectively in global, cross-functional teams.
Education
- Bachelor of Science 4 Year degree required. Information Technology or a related technical field preferred.
- 6 - 8 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role supporting enterprise planning applications.
