Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Business Systems Analyst / Consultant to support the Salesforce ecosystem, with a strong focus on Sales Cloud. This is a hands-on role requiring someone who can bridge business requirements with technical implementation, work closely with stakeholders across sales operations, Finance, Pricing, and Engineering, and drive end-to-end solution delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Lead requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design for Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Possess solid knowledge and hands-on configuration and/or development experience with the Salesforce platform.
- Serve as the primary BSA liaison between business stakeholders (Sales Ops, Pricing, Sourcing) and the technical delivery team.
- Develop detailed user stories, functional specifications, data flow diagrams, and process documentation.
- Drive UAT planning, test case development, and defect triage with business users.
- Support change management, training documentation, and go-live readiness activities.
- Ensure the application is supported by creating comprehensive requirement documentation and test cases.
Requirements:
- 5 years of Salesforce BSA / Consultant experience with at least 3 years at a senior level.
- Deep hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, including configuration, customization, and optimization.
Required Skills:
- Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator certification.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, comfortable partnering with senior manager/director-level business leaders.
- Hands-on domain knowledge in business processes and systems that support sales.
- A strong sense of urgency to help customers and the ability to identify insights and deliver quality, innovative experiences quickly.
- Strong documentation and process mapping skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ.
- Experience with Agile development and methodologies.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-moving environment.
