Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience building integrated systems throughout the entire life-cycle (e.g., analyze, design, build, test, implement, and support).
- 5 years of experience in full-cycle vendor management systems implementations and support.
- 5 years of experience designing and implementing finance systems.
Preferred qualifications:
- Certified SAP Fieldglass.
- 5 years of experience in full cycle SAP Fieldglass implementations and support projects.
- Experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) phases, including requirements gathering, blueprinting, authoring functional specifications, system configuration, testing etc.
- Deep understanding of extended workforce domain and its integration with procurement and finance processes.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., SQL).

You are an experienced, generalist, IT business analyst. You will have the ability and interest to work on a range of different types of projects and business processes, and have a background that demonstrates this ability.

Responsibilities
- Partner with internal teams to define and implement solutions that improve internal finance business processes such as extended workforce solutions.
- Provide expert level of business process guidance on extended workforce management, requirements documentation, solution design, systems configuration, test documentation/execution, issue identification and resolution.
- Partner with business teams in developing delivery roadmaps, defining business processes and associated system requirements, identify new areas of investment.
- Identify cross-functional topics and ensure the process are aligned across SAP modules including SAP Fiedlgalss and other supporting applications.
- Lead the demand management process to assist the business in establishing business cases relating to new systems or existing system changes.
