As a Business Systems Analyst, this role involves managing and enhancing the enterprise technology application landscape from an IT perspective. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, designing solutions, validating configurations, testing, and supporting business adoption efforts effectively. This position serves as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and operational success.
As a Business Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Leading Oracle Cloud Source-to-Settle initiatives, serving as IT business partner for Oracle Fusion Cloud, managing sourcing, procurement, payments, tax, and reporting.
- Overseeing end-to-end implementation, gathering requirements, designing solutions, configuring Oracle Cloud, validating data migration, ensuring readiness, training, and driving adoption.
- Facilitating business partnerships, leading functional workshops, coordinating delivery with integrators, vendors, developers, QA teams, and global stakeholders effectively.
- Driving legal technology transformation, shaping the roadmap, guiding platform design, enabling automation, digitization, AI, analytics, and managing implementations.
- Driving KPI ownership, governing processes, ensuring value realization, monitoring adoption, supporting global rollouts, and presenting progress and ROI to leadership.

To be successful in this role you will:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in IT, Business Systems, or ERP Transformation
- Demonstrate extensive Source-to-Settle expertise with practical experience working on Oracle Cloud systems.
- Lead enterprise SaaS implementations with extensive implementation expertise and proven success in delivering scalable, efficient, and effective solutions.
- Demonstrate exceptional stakeholder engagement and advanced negotiation abilities.
- Demonstrate exceptional ability in communication and producing accurate, clear, and concise documentation for various purposes.
