- Strong experience with Axway, B2Bi, B2Bi/Axway Gateway Interchange, and related Axway integration tools.
- Expertise in EDI, middleware, B2B/EDI protocols, and integration frameworks.
- Hands on experience with: AS2, SFTP, FTPS, HTTP/S, OFTP2
XML, XSLT, JSON, WSDL, SOAP & REST APIs
- Hands on and Good Knowledge on SSL/TLS, digital certificates, authentication, Unix/Linux/Windows administration, Java and shell scripting, Performance tuning and integration setup and monitoring.
- Configure, deploy, and maintain Axway, B2Bi solutions on Windows and Linux, supporting large-scale B2B/EDI data exchange through secure protocols (AS2, SFTP).
- Handle E2B R2/R3 case data exchange, troubleshooting import/export failures, XML case-level processing, and resolving acknowledgment (ACK) errors
- Manage partner onboarding, community setup, and data flow mapping to enable seamless communication with health authorities and global partners.
- Configure, maintain, and support the Axway, B2Bi platform and associated components.
- Perform system upgrades, patches, environment planning, and lifecycle tasks.
- Manage Axway, B2Bi Gateway Interchange set ups and integrations.
- Implement new partner connections (EDI, AS2, SFTP, MFT, etc.).
- Work with customers, implementation team, application teams, and external vendors to ensure accurate trading partner integrations.
- Monitor data flows, transactions, and system health across the B2Bi environment.
- Troubleshoot EDI failures, mapping issues, file transfer errors, or communication disruptions.
- Perform root cause analysis using logs and system diagnostics.
- Design and architect B2Bi and Axway, B2Bi Gateway solutions to support complex B2B/B2C scenarios.
- Participate in major integration initiatives, migrations, and enterprise transformation programs.
- Implement and enforce security policies, message-level encryption, digital certificates, and authentication mechanisms.
- Ensure systems meet compliance and audit requirements.
