Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated individual to assist with triaging, organizing, and tracking DSATs and bugs reported by users and auditors for Bing defensive. The role does not require special technical or coding skills, but familiarity with Excel and Outlook is essential. A basic understanding of the RAI space is preferred, though training can be provided.
Responsibilities:
- Track the feedback/bug reporting system to identify freshly reported DSATs and bugs.
- Resolve simple bugs using standard procedures.
- Follow instructions carefully and ensure timely completion of work items while adhering to SLAs.
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in an Analyst or Support Analyst role.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English.
Required Skills:
- Experience with MS Office tools.
- Strong communication skills, particularly in written English.
- Ability to triage bugs and data via email and Excel, applying fixes using in-house tools.
Preferred Skills:
- Basic understanding of RAI space.
