Job Description

Lead business analysis efforts including requirements gathering, functional specifications, user stories, and process mapping.
Work with banking stakeholders across commercial lending, retail banking, credit risk, finance, and regulatory reporting.
Perform advanced SQL-based analysis to validate data, conduct profiling, and troubleshoot root-cause issues.
Support data warehousing initiatives across staging, ODS, EDW, and downstream consumption layers.
Collaborate with data engineering and ETL teams on Informatica workflows, mappings, and transformation logic.
Drive end-to-end support for project lifecycle including UAT, test execution, defect analysis, and sign-off.
Create documentation including data mapping sheets, data dictionaries, lineage flows, and functional design artifacts.
Act as a primary liaison between business users, development teams, and QA groups.
Provide leadership support in estimation, planning, and delivery management.

Requirements

8+ years of BSA experience in banking or financial services.
Strong SQL skills including complex joins, CTEs, window functions, and performance tuning.
Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts (ETL, staging layers, data marts, dimensional modeling, SCDs).
Hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter or IICS.
Experience in one or more domains: commercial lending, credit risk, regulatory reporting, capital finance, or core banking.
Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work with globally distributed teams and drive outcomes.
