Role Overview:
In this role, you will work closely with an Agile team to create and communicate requirements for the MSP product. You will also participate in business process redesign and documentation, translating regulatory requirements into ICE services.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Agile team to create and communicate requirements outlined in User Stories and Acceptance Criteria for the MSP product.
- Conduct data mapping and analysis, translating regulatory requirements into ICE services.
- Participate in business process redesign and documentation for new or changing technology.
Required Capabilities and Skills:
Essential Skills:
- Strong understanding of the Mortgage, Finance, or Banking domain.
- Prior experience or knowledge of verifying batch reports and CICS screens in mainframe systems is preferred.
- Knowledge of US Mortgage Investor functionality is preferred.
- Ability to write functional specification documents based on requirements with expected changes in the current system.
- Ability to test functionality to validate that the modified requirements are as expected.
- Proficiency in defining User Story acceptance criteria using the GWT format (Behavior-Driven Development) for the MSP product.
Good to Have Skills:
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps is preferred.
- SAFe or Agile certification is preferred.
- Experience in SoapUI is highly preferred.
- Some knowledge of Microservices and APIs is a plus.
- Experience with prototyping/UML tools like Visio, Balsamiq, etc.
Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in the IT industry, with at least 5 years as a Business Analyst, preferably in the Mortgage, Finance, or Banking domain.
Educational Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree, MBA, or an equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
