Business Support System (BSS) Professional

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented BSS Professional with 15 years of experience to support and enhance our Business Support Systems. The ideal candidate will be involved in day-to-day operations, configuration, integration, and support of BSS modules such as billing, CRM, order management, and provisioning in a telecom or IT environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work on the configuration, customization, and support of BSS applications and platforms.
• Support business processes related to billing, customer relationship management (CRM), order-to-cash, and service provisioning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and deliver enhancements or fixes.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve issues.
• Prepare documentation, user manuals, and operational procedures.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with business rules and SLAs.
• Participate in system upgrades, patches, and testing activities.
• Provide Level 1/2 application support for BSS-related incidents and service requests.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 15 years of hands-on experience in BSS systems such as billing, CRM, order management, and provisioning.
• Understanding of telecom processes including subscriber management, rating, charging, invoicing, etc.
• Experience with tools/platforms such as Amdocs, Ericsson, Netcracker, Huawei BSS, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of relational databases (e.g., Oracle, MySQL) and SQL scripting.
• Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, and data flows within BSS.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, SLA-driven environment.
