Role Summary:
Oversees daily Food & Beverage operations, ensures service quality, manages staff, and maintains hygiene, inventory, and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise F&B service operations (cafeteria, pantry, dining areas, events).
- Ensure food quality, hygiene, and safety standards as per SOPs.
- Coordinate with caterers/vendors for timely food delivery and service.
- Monitor staff performance, grooming, and shift deployment.
- Handle guest/user feedback and resolve service-related issues.
- Maintain inventory of F&B supplies and track consumption.
- Support billing verification, cost control, and daily reporting.
