Responsibilities
- Daily Outbound Calls: Make a minimum of 50 outbound calls per day to potential clients.
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule and follow up on meetings with HR, Admin, and decision-makers.
- Sales Funnel Tracking: Assist in tracking sales pipeline progress, updating CRM/trackers, and ensuring smooth flow of information.
- Lead Management: Collect, record, and update lead information accurately.
- Follow-Ups: Conduct timely follow-ups with prospects to support closures.
- Reporting: Prepare and share daily/weekly reports on calls, meetings, and pipeline status.
- Cross-team Coordination: Work with sales, operations, and support teams for seamless client engagement.
Requirements
- 0-6 months of experience in sales, business development, telecalling, or customer-facing roles (freshers welcome).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of business development or sales processes (added advantage).
- Ability to handle high-volume calls and multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Suite.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
