Job Description:
The Sales Support Executive will be responsible for managing customer interactions, supporting sales operations, onboarding new clients, and ensuring efficient resolution of queries. This requires strong communication skills, multitasking ability, and a solution-oriented mindset in a fast-paced environment.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to address customer queries related to products and services.
- Provide accurate and detailed information about hospital services and offerings.
- Support the sales team in lead management, follow-ups, and conversion activities.
- Assist in onboarding new clients, including account setup and system guidance.
- Conduct online/offline training sessions for new and existing customers.
- Ensure smooth coordination between sales, operations, and support teams.
- Maintain strong customer relationships to improve retention and satisfaction.
- Follow a strategic approach toward customer engagement and retention.
- Proactively reach out to existing or inactive clients for renewals and re-engagement.
- Generate leads from platforms such as Justdial, IndiaMART, and other sources.
- Track, manage, and update customer interactions and data in CRM systems.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer issues with minimal turnaround time.
- Focus on improving key support metrics such as First Contact Resolution (FCR) and Average Resolution Time (ART).
- Manage ticketing systems efficiently and ensure quick query closure.
- Coordinate with senior management for escalations and critical issues.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, feedback, and service improvements.
- Adhere to company policies, processes, and service standards.
- Work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions or services.
- Support post-sales activities and ensure a smooth customer journey.
- Assist in preparing reports related to sales support and customer service performance.
- Continuously improve service quality and customer experience.
- Maintain professionalism, communication clarity, and problem-solving attitude.
- Contribute to achieving team targets and organizational goals.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field.
- Fresher or 1+ years of sales experience (preferably in SaaS, healthcare, or B2B domain).
- Strong communication skills.
- Tech-savvy with ability to learn and explain software tools.
- Self-motivated, confident, and result-oriented.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
