Grade: 11th & 12th – UP & Bihar Board (Hindi/English Medium) + CUET
Position Title: Business Studies Teacher

Key Responsibilities:
- Classroom Delivery:
- Conduct interactive and engaging Business Studies classes for students of Class 11th and 12th from UP & Bihar Boards (Hindi and English Medium), along with CUET preparation sessions.
- Content & Curriculum Development:
- Prepare structured lesson plans, student-friendly class notes, MCQs, and book content aligned with board and CUET syllabi.
- Student Mentorship:
- Mentor students to build concept clarity, improve answer writing, and develop effective exam strategies for both board exams and CUET.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Business Studies, Commerce, or related field (preferred from a reputed institution).
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level.
- Prior experience in CUET coaching is an added advantage.
- Must have strong command over subject matter in both Hindi and English medium.
- Proficiency in online teaching tools, digital content creation, and use of technology in education.
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent classroom communication and explanation skills.
- Ability to handle bilingual classes (Hindi and English).
- Familiarity with digital platforms like Zoom, Google Meet, and LMS systems.
- Team-oriented and willing to work in a dynamic academic setup.
