Role Description
Build and manage partnerships with colleges, universities, and corporates
Promote internships, certification programmes, and workshops
Coordinate with academic institutions for college-to-corporate connect programmes
Support planning and execution of training programmes & industry workshops
Engage with students and institutions through professional communication
Assist in business growth and brand outreach initiatives
Qualifications
Administration, Management, Marketing, Education, HR, or any related discipline
MBA / PGDM candidates will be an added advantage
Freshers and early-career professionals are welcome to apply
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Tamil is an added advantage)
Good presentation, coordination, and relationship-building skills
Interest in education, training, internships, and corporate engagement
Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and LinkedIn
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet targets
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-growing organisation
