Kapture CX is headquartered in Bangalore and we have offices in Mumbai and Delhi/NCR in India, in addition to offices in the USA, UAE, Singapore, Philippines and Indonesia.

In this role, you will collaborate directly with the leadership team, drive cross-functional initiatives, and play a key role in shaping the next phase of our journey.

Here's a more detailed description of what you will do:

  • Work directly with senior leadership on leading and driving strategic cross-functional initiatives across product, growth, operations and client success
  • Work closely with enterprise clients and internal teams to drive initiatives from 0 to 1
  • Identify and solve high-leverage problems with speed, clarity, and ownership
  • Conduct deep research, analysis, and competitive benchmarking to support decision-making

This is a Bangalore-based role. We work five days a week from the office, as we believe in-person interactions fuel innovation and agility. This role requires a willingness to travel when required.

In this role, success means creating a transformational impact on how Kapture functions as an organization. You will help us build and institutionalize the systems that will help Kapture scale in our next phase of growth.

What would make you a good fit for this role

We are looking for someone with:

  • 3 - 6 years of experience in consulting, startups, VC, or strategic roles preferably with a Tier 1 educational background
  • High ownership mindset with the ability to independently drive outcomes
  • Outstanding communication skills, including being comfortable working with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, and an ability to manage multiple priorities
  • High learning orientation, and proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

You will have an advantage if you:

  • Have a consulting background
  • Have prior interest or experience in SaaS, AI, or customer experience domains
