Role Overview
The Business Strategy & Growth Executive (Founder's Office) is a strategic role that works closely with the Founder and leadership team on business growth, market expansion, research, planning, and strategic initiatives.
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy connecting business insights with execution. You will contribute to international expansion efforts, market research, go-to-market planning, competitive intelligence, business development initiatives, and growth opportunities across global markets.
You will gain exposure to strategic decision-making while working on projects related to AI, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and emerging technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Business Strategy & Growth
- Support strategic planning and business growth initiatives.
- Research new opportunities, markets, and expansion strategies.
- Assist in developing business plans and growth roadmaps.
- Contribute ideas that improve business performance and scalability.
International Market Expansion
- Research and evaluate opportunities across the US, Europe, APAC, and Middle East markets.
- Analyze market demand, competition, and industry trends.
- Support market-entry and expansion planning activities.
- Identify emerging business opportunities globally.
Market Research & Competitive Intelligence
- Conduct industry and competitor research.
- Analyze business models, service offerings, pricing strategies, and market positioning.
- Develop reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations.
- Identify market gaps and growth opportunities.
Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy
- Support go-to-market planning for new services and markets.
- Assist with customer segmentation and positioning strategies.
- Contribute to growth and market penetration initiatives.
- Help evaluate regional business opportunities and trends.
Founder's Office & Strategic Projects
- Work directly with the Founder on high-priority initiatives.
- Support business planning, research, analysis, and decision-making.
- Transform ideas into structured frameworks and actionable plans.
- Assist in evaluating strategic partnerships and growth opportunities.
Business Development & Partnerships
- Support business development initiatives and alliance opportunities.
- Participate in discussions with prospective clients and partners.
- Research potential partnership ecosystems and strategic collaborations.
- Help identify new revenue opportunities.
Data Analysis & Insight Generation
- Gather and analyze business, market, and industry data.
- Convert findings into meaningful business insights.
- Build reports, dashboards, summaries, and presentations.
- Support data-driven decision making.
Technology & Industry Intelligence
- Stay updated on developments across AI, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and emerging technologies.
- Track industry shifts and business implications.
- Identify how technology trends create business opportunities.
- Support strategic recommendations based on market developments.
