Business Strategy & Development Specialist

We are looking for a business-minded professional, preferably an MBA graduate, to support business development, client relationship management, and strategic growth. The role offers hands-on exposure to the complete business lifecycle — from prospect research and client acquisition to relationship management and post-sales engagement.

• Market Research: Analyse company prospectuses, institutional profiles, market trends, and competitor offerings to identify business opportunities.
• Business Development: Research potential clients, identify leads, support outreach, and participate in client meetings and follow-ups.
• Client Engagement: Understand client requirements, build professional relationships, and support proposals and business presentations.
• Post-Sales Management: Track client satisfaction, coordinate follow-ups, identify upselling opportunities, and strengthen long-term partnerships.
• Strategy & Execution: Analyse business opportunities, monitor performance metrics, and support growth initiatives.

• MBA graduates or candidates from Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related disciplines.
• Strong communication, analytical thinking, and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in business development, consulting, sales, and client relationship management.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and AI-powered research tools is an advantage.
