Role Description
The Senior Manager, Business Strategy & Partnerships is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, shaping partnership strategy, and leading high-impact business initiatives that accelerate SoulSensei's expansion.
This role requires a powerful blend of strategic thinking, business acumen, partnership leadership, cross-functional project execution, and data-driven decision-making.
You will own key revenue growth strategies, build and scale high-value partner ecosystems, and lead business-impact projects that directly influence SoulSensei's trajectory.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Strategy & Revenue Growth
- Own revenue strategy & planning for major partner categories and business lines.
- Build annual and quarterly growth roadmaps aligned with platform vision.
- Identify new revenue opportunities including category launches and monetisation models.
- Lead experiments to drive business expansion across verticals and new offerings.
- Collaborate with leadership on revenue targets and forecasting.
2. Partnership Strategy & Leadership
- Design and evolve long-term partnership strategy.
- Build and mentor relationships with high-impact partners.
- Identify ecosystem gaps and drive initiatives to strengthen the partner network.
3. Strategic Business Projects
- Lead cross-functional projects across revenue, efficiency, and business expansion.
- Improve workflows, automation, and partner experience.
- Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
4. Cross-Functional Leadership
- Collaborate with marketing, product, content, operations, and customer experience teams.
- Lead multi-team collaboration for major campaigns and launches.
5. Data, Insights & Reporting
- Use data insights to optimise strategies and elevate decision-making.
- Ensure accurate reporting for leadership.
