2. Role Overview
We are looking for a Sales Manager – Smart Agriculture & Water IoT Systems, India to support SolutionMall's IoT system business development in India.
This role is suitable for professionals with experience in B2B sales, business development, channel development, distributor cooperation, system integration, or project sales related to smart agriculture, irrigation, water management, environmental monitoring, remote monitoring, automation, IoT systems, or digital infrastructure.
The role focuses on developing customer opportunities, identifying real project needs, supporting RFQ development, coordinating quotations, and promoting SolutionMall's smart agriculture and water IoT solutions in the Indian market.
This is not a simple device sales role. It is a B2B solution-oriented sales management role focused on IoT systems, project-based opportunities, system integration, government/institutional projects, and long-term cooperation.

3. Key Responsibilities
Customer and Channel Development
Develop customers, channels, and project opportunities in India, including:
Build and maintain relationships with customers, distributors, system integrators, contractors, consultants, public institutions, and procurement teams.
Support SolutionMall in expanding opportunities in smart agriculture, irrigation, water management, environmental monitoring, and IoT systems for natural resources.
Smart Agriculture and Water IoT Solution Promotion
Promote SolutionMall's IoT products and solutions, including:
Help customers understand how to select suitable products and systems based on application scenarios, site conditions, monitoring needs, communication methods, budget, maintenance, and long-term operation requirements.
RFQ and Quotation Follow-Up
Follow up with customers on project background, technical requirements, application scenarios, budget, equipment list, timeline, and approval process.
Help convert early customer interest into active RFQs and practical commercial discussions.
Coordinate with SolutionMall teams, suppliers, system integrators, and customers to move qualified opportunities forward.
Support product selection, quotation communication, solution confirmation, commercial negotiation, and order-related follow-up where needed.
Market Feedback and Commercial Coordination
Share local market insights in India, including:
Help SolutionMall strengthen its market understanding and cooperation strategy for smart agriculture and water IoT projects in India.
4. Qualifications
Required
3+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
Ability to understand customer needs, application scenarios, product selection, RFQ follow-up, and quotation coordination.
Good communication skills and ability to develop customers, distributors, system integrators, contractors, or project contacts in India.
Working proficiency in English.
