Role Description The Business Specialist role is a contract, on-site position based in Gorakhpur. The role involves supporting day-to-day business operations, including assisting in planning activities, tracking performance, and preparing business reports. The Business Specialist will analyze market trends, review sales and customer data, and help identify opportunities for improvement. Responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams, communicating with customers or partners, and handling routine business documentation. The role also requires maintaining accurate records, ensuring timely follow-up on business initiatives, and contributing to efficient customer service and smooth operations.
