Business Solutions Product Manager

• Assist in tracking and reporting product performance throughout its life cycle including product strategy, product planning and issue prioritization.
• Manage product development process inclusive of product commercialization tasks required to bring product to market.
• Assist in driving product development and enhancements including road map and statement of direction development.
• Provide professional consulting service to clients, proactively driving value-based technical solutions and capabilities on sales engagements;
• Influence product development on innovation roadmap strategy.
• Drive revenue growth through linking customer requirements to Fiserv solutions and increasing scope of opportunity by designing differentiated solutions comprised of multiple products.
• Drive channel sales-enablement through differentiated product messaging, solution-based sales training, and value-proposition driven positioning.

What will you need to know:

• 12-15 years of experience in product management, sales, technical support and implementation experience with strong consultative and strategic sales support skill sets.
• Payment processing and merchant acquiring industry experience is highly desired.
• Self-motivated, mature and independent, able to handle multi-tasks and work well under pressure.
