Job Description

We are seeking a high-impact Business Solutions Development Manager to drive adoption of electric tractor solutions across new-age and traditional industries. This role requires a consultative sales approach, combining key account management, solution design, and executive engagement to unlock enterprise-scale opportunities.

The ideal candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders (including CXOs), identify industry-specific use cases, and drive pilot-to-scale commercialization.

1. New Business Development & Revenue Ownership

* Identify and acquire new enterprise accounts across industries (e.g., agriculture, logistics, infra, government, industrial applications)

* Own end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closure

* Achieve defined revenue and margin targets

* Build a strong pipeline with a focus on long-term strategic deals. 2. Key Account Management

* Develop and nurture relationships with key enterprise clients

* Act as the single point of contact for strategic accounts

* Drive account growth through upselling and cross-selling of solutions

* Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention 3. Solution Design & Consultative Selling

* Understand customer business challenges and operational needs

* Co-create customized electric tractor solutions (use-case driven)

* Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams

* Present value propositions tailored to industry-specific applications

4. Pilot Program Execution & Scale-Up

* Design and execute pilot programs with customers

* Track performance metrics and ROI during pilot phase

* Convert successful pilots into long-term commercial contracts

* Document learnings for scalability 5. C-Level & Senior Stakeholder Engagement

* Engage with CXOs and decision-makers to influence strategic adoption

* Build credibility as a trusted advisor in electrification and sustainability

* Lead high-impact presentations, business cases, and negotiations

6. TCO Modeling & Business Case Development

* Develop Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and ROI models for clients

* Articulate financial and sustainability benefits of electric tractors

* Support customers in internal approvals and decision-making

7. Playbook Creation & Knowledge Building

* Develop industry-specific sales playbooks and case studies

* Capture best practices from pilots and deployments

* Contribute to scalable go-to-market strategies.

* Handover the Playbook to the channel sales team to replicate the model in same industry.
