The Role: Architecting Global Trade
As a Business Solution Architect at GoComet, you will act as a strategic consultant for our largest enterprise clients. You won't just uncover enterprise use cases — you will re-engineer how Fortune 500 companies move goods across the globe.
This role sits at the intersection of consulting, product, operations, and technology, where you will bridge complex business challenges with GoComet's AI-powered automation suite to deliver measurable business impact and large-scale operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities & Learning Objectives
Consultative Solutioning
- Lead deep-dive workshops with C-suite leaders and Supply Chain Heads across North America, Europe, and Southeast Asia.
- Map existing (As-Is) processes and design high-efficiency (To-Be) solution architectures.
- Drive strategic conversations around automation, process optimization, and operational transformation.
End-to-End Ownership
- Manage the complete lifecycle of enterprise deployments:
- Initial scoping
- Business Requirement Documents (BRDs)
- Product Requirement Documents (PRDs)
- Solution implementation and adoption
- Ensure successful deployment outcomes and long-term customer value realization.
Strategic Product Partnership
- Work closely with the Product Management team as a strategic partner.
- Translate customer pain points and market insights into product enhancements and roadmap recommendations.
- Influence core product direction based on enterprise customer needs and industry trends.
Value Realization
- Define, track, and optimize key business KPIs such as:
- Freight cost reduction
- Process automation gains
- Man-hour savings
- Operational efficiency improvements
- Ensure solutions drive tangible ROI for global stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, QA, Product, and Customer Success teams.
- Drive seamless execution and ensure zero-friction delivery of enterprise solutions.

Experience
- 4–6 years of experience in:
- Business Analysis
- Management Consulting
- Solution Architecture
- Enterprise Solutioning
Analytical Rigor
- Strong problem-solving and process-mapping capabilities.
- Ability to transform complex manual workflows into structured, scalable automation solutions.
Domain Expertise
- Prior exposure to Logistics, Supply Chain, or Enterprise SaaS environments is highly preferred.
Education
- MBA from a premier institute is preferred.
Global Mindset
- Comfortable working with stakeholders across multiple geographies, time zones, and business cultures.
