Segment Head

Location: Gurgaon

Role Overview

We are hiring a Segment Head to own the P&L of a key Life Insurance segment and drive long-term business growth. This role requires strong strategic thinking, cross-functional leadership, and hands-on execution to scale the business.

Key Responsibilities

-Own P&L and growth strategy for a defined Life Insurance segment

-Drive revenue, margins, and business performance

-Collaborate with Tech, Product, Sales, and Marketing to scale the segment

-Lead data-driven decision-making and performance tracking

Qualifications

-Master's degree in Management

-3-5 years experience in Consulting / FMCG / New-age startups / Category Management

-Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

-Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
