We are seeking a
proactive and analytical Business Sales Operations Executiveto support and enhance our
Transportation (B2B)operations. The ideal candidate will oversee client coordination, order processing, and operational execution while ensuring service excellence and driving business growth through upselling and data-driven decision-making.
What you will deliver- Coordinate withB2B clientsto receive and manage transport orders, ensuring seamless execution
- Assign, track, and monitor orders using theTransportation Management System (TMS)
- Liaise withinternal teamsto ensure timely service delivery
- Maintain strong and effective communication withclients and internal stakeholdersto resolve issues promptly
- Identify opportunities forupselling, cross-selling,and offering value-added logistics solutions
- Analyzeoperational and sales datato enhance efficiency, service performance, and profitability
- Track and report onkey performance metrics, including order turnaround time, client satisfaction, and revenue growth
- Supportteamswith documentation, MIS preparation, and process improvement initiatives
- Apply knowledge ofvehicle segments and transport categoriesto recommend the most suitable logistics solutions
- Demonstrate initiative and leadership inproblem-solving, service recovery,and achieving business targets
Who You Are- Minimum 1 yearof experience inSales Operations, Business Coordination, Transportation, or Logistics (B2B)
- Strongclient coordination, communication, and stakeholder managementskills
- Proficiency inHindi and English(spoken and written)
- Good analytical skills with experience indata interpretation and MIS reporting
- Demonstrated ability todrive efficiency and identify business opportunities
- Educational Qualification:Any degree (Business or Management background preferred)
- Proficient inMS Excel, CRM systems,and digital tools for reporting and tracking
