Roles & Responsibilities

  • Enure sales funnel management to achieve a higher conversion rate output.
  • Target and achieve of 12 to 15 projects a month, by ensuring new projects bookings.
  • Responsible for Customer Experience & Relationship Management.
  • Training designers to esnure sales & enabling them to achieve their targets.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Business Management and strong leadership skills to drive strategic initiatives and manage a sales team effectively.
  • Excellent Analytical Skills to assess market trends, gather insights, and develop data-driven strategies.
  • Expertise in Sales and Communication to achieve business targets and build strong client relationships.
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills to ensure client satisfaction and maintain long-term partnerships.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Proven track record in sales leadership roles with measurable results in achieving business objectives.
  • Ability to work onsite in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
