Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Conduct 60–70 outbound calls daily targeting nursing and pharmacy institutions
- Present and promote RJPT Simlab software, clearly communicating its value and benefits
- Identify key decision-makers and generate high-quality leads
- Schedule and manage both online and offline product demonstration sessions
- Independently deliver product demos after completing training
- Explain software features, syllabus integration, pricing structures, and available plans during demos
- Address and resolve client queries effectively during demonstration sessions
- Follow up with prospects after demos to nurture leads and drive conversions
- Support the sales process by assisting in negotiations and closing deals
- Provide basic onboarding support and post-sales assistance to clients
- Resolve minor client issues and coordinate with the technical team when necessary
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention
- Maintain accurate daily call reports and track lead progress across different stages
- Monitor and record performance based on commission-driven sales outcomes
