Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with at least 1 year of proven sales experience. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets while building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Conduct product/service presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and opportunities in CRM tools.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to align strategies and support business growth.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience (field sales/inside sales/tele sales, depending on industry).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
