Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Sales Executive role based in Raipur. The Business Sales Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, including exhibitors, sponsors, and advertising partners for the company's festivals, magazines, and expos. The role involves managing the entire sales cycle: prospecting, conducting outreach (calls, emails, meetings), delivering presentations, negotiating terms, and closing deals. The Business Sales Executive will build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understand their business needs, and propose tailored solutions that align with event and publication offerings. The role also includes collaborating with internal teams on proposals, tracking sales performance, preparing reports, and representing the company at events, client meetings, and industry gatherings.

Qualifications

  • Strong Sales and Business Development skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets in events, media, or related industries.

  • Proficiency in Account Management and Customer Service, including maintaining relationships, handling inquiries, and ensuring high client satisfaction.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present solutions, negotiate effectively, and engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to conduct market research, identify prospects, and manage a sales pipeline using CRM or similar tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, event-driven environment, including occasional work outside standard business hours when required by events.
  • Knowledge of the exhibitions, design, or media sector in India is an advantage.
