Are you detail-oriented and comfortable reviewing published research to identify and escalate issues related to disclosures, disclaimers, and formatting Are you interested in developing expertise in research governance, regulatory requirements, publication quality, and continuous improvement within a global research environment We are hiring Risk and Controls associate with experience of 2-3 years in risk, compliance, operations. The candidates should have excellent academic record, strong communication skills and an analytical mind. Candidates with technical skills related to VBA, automation and robotics will be preferred.
The Operational Risk Team for Global Research is part of the Investment Bank. The Operational Risk Team supports the accuracy and consistency of research publications across Global Research. Working as part of the Global Research Risk Team, the role helps ensure that required disclosures, disclaimers, and publication standards are correctly applied. The analyst works closely with Research authors, Supervisory Analysts, Legal, Compliance, and Publishing teams to support the review and maintenance of disclosure requirements. You'll be working in Hyderabad, India.

- perform quality checks on published research to verify accuracy and consistency of disclosures and disclaimers.
- identify and escalate publication-quality issues and support remediation efforts.
- support the maintenance of disclosure and publication governance standards including documentation reviews
- assist with reviewing and updating disclaimer language and disclosure requirements.
- coordinate stakeholder feedback and track approvals for disclosure-related changes.
- help assess the impact of regulatory, business, or process changes on research publications.
- support training, communications, and continuous improvement initiatives across the publication process.

- 3+ years of experience in research, compliance, risk, publishing, operations, or a related field.
- strong attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies or errors in documents.
- excellent written communication, proofreading, and organizational skills.
- ability to learn and apply regulatory, legal, and business requirements.
- strong collaboration skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders across functions.
- proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and comfort working with documentation, data, and workflow tools.
- any graduate/post graduate from a reputed institute in any stream.
- candidate must have 2-3+ years of relevant experience
