Your role
You will join the IB Operations Integrated Client Lifecycle Services (ICLS) Risk & Control team based in Hyderabad, collaborating with cross functional partners in Compliance, Internal Audit, FinCrime, Legal, Regulatory Governance, and key stakeholders across the global IB ICLS organization. This is a high visibility role with significant influence on our AI enabled First-Line-of-Defense (1LoD) control strategy.

Your team
Key Responsibilities
- Identify AI and automation opportunities, conceptualize scalable solutions, and deliver 1LOD control implementations across KYC / Non AML regulations, Client Data Accuracy & Data Completeness.
- Own the design, development, testing, and implementation of AI led and automated control tools.
- Serve as project manager, shaping transformation roadmaps (scope, milestones, stakeholder management).
- Drive seamless engagement with global stakeholders across APAC, EMEA, and AMER regions.
- Ensure implemented solutions comply with:
- Operational Risk policies and procedural requirements
- Enterprise AI and Automation control frameworks
- AI governance principles (human in the loop, approvals, explainability, monitoring)
- Produce high quality management reporting and deliver structured updates to senior leadership.
- Mentor and coach Analysts on AI, providing quality oversight on their outputs and development.

Your Expertise
We are looking for:
- Demonstrated AI expertise, especially in designing and implementing AI/ML or rule based solutions that enhance Client Data Accuracy and Completeness processes.
- Strong backgroundideally within banking or financial servicesin Operational Risk / Non Financial Risk frameworks.
- Proven track record of independently delivering complex, multi stakeholder transformation initiatives.
- Strong conceptual thinking with the ability to translate risk challenges into scalable, AI enabled control solutions.
- Hands on experience with:
- AI enabled workflows, analytics or automation platforms
- Power Apps, Power BI, Brickwall, Fabric, Python, Alteryx, RPA, SharePoint
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence diverse senior stakeholders.
- Experience in KYC / Non AML regulation compliance is an advantage.
