Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced professional with expertise in business research, market intelligence, or consulting within the CPG sector. The role involves conducting comprehensive research, analyzing industry trends, and delivering actionable insights to support client decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- 7-10 years of experience in business research, market intelligence, or consulting, with a focus on the CPG sector.
- Conduct thorough and comprehensive business research within the CPG sector, utilizing both primary and secondary sources of information.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, consumer behavior, innovation trends, and industry dynamics to identify key insights and opportunities for clients.
- Provide strategic recommendations and actionable insights to clients based on research findings and analysis, helping them make informed business decisions.
- Deliver in-depth competitive and innovation intelligence by analyzing competitors strategies, product offerings, innovations, pricing structures, distribution channels, and marketing activities, by heavily leveraging primary research methodology.
- Develop and deliver high-quality reports, presentations, and other client-facing deliverables that effectively communicate research findings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to gather relevant information, validate findings, and enhance the overall research process.
- Stay updated with industry developments, emerging trends, and best practices within the CPG sector to continuously enhance research capabilities and deliver value to clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by demonstrating expertise, professionalism, and delivering exceptional service.

- Strong knowledge of the CPG industry, including market dynamics, competitive landscape, and key players.
- Proven track record of conducting primary and secondary research, including data collection, analysis, and synthesis, with the ability to draw actionable insights.
- In-depth understanding of competitive intelligence methodologies and the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret competitive data to provide strategic insights.
- Proficiency in utilizing research tools, databases, and industry-specific resources to gather information and data.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present research findings, cost modeling analysis, and competitive intelligence to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering high-quality reports, presentations, and other client-facing deliverables.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Team-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented with a strong commitment to delivering excellence.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, economics, marketing, or related disciplines. A master's degree is preferred.
