Business Project Senior Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Change Delivery: Coordinate the delivery of features and smaller-scale epics within a single Agile Release Train (ART), ensuring alignment with business objectives and readiness plans.
• Business Readiness: Lead or support readiness activities such as business impact assessments, training plans, communications, UAT coordination, and business checkouts.
• Delivery Coordination: Work with Agile teams and stakeholders to track progress, manage risks and issues, and ensure timely delivery of change.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a key point of contact for business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of delivery status, risks, and dependencies.
• UAT Release Planning: Support the planning and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test script alignment, resource coordination, and reporting.
• Change Impact Analysis: Document operational design decisions, identify business process changes, and assess the impact on end users.
• Governance Reporting: Maintain delivery artefacts such as RAID logs, readiness checklists, and status reports. Contribute to governance forums as required.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes and support the adoption of Agile and Lean practices.
